This website is operated by FAST IT Solutions SARL, registered in Morocco, with offices at Rue Najib Mahfoud 19, Casablanca. We trade under the name SleekSyntax. "We", "us", and "our" refer to FAST IT Solutions SARL.

Pages visited, browser type, approximate location, and anonymized IP address, collected via Google Analytics.

Clients

Name, email, phone number (if provided), company name, role, and project details submitted via our contact form or estimation tool.

Experts

Professional information (skills, availability, work history, portfolio links) and personal information (name, email, phone, profile photo if provided). This data is submitted and managed directly by each expert via their self-service account.

3. How we use your data

Visitors

To understand site usage and improve our service.

Clients

To respond to your request, deliver project estimates, match you with experts from our network, and occasionally send relevant updates about our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Experts

To maintain your profile, match you with relevant opportunities, and communicate about projects and availability.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors

We use the following services to operate our platform. Each processes personal data on our behalf.

Firebase (Google LLC)

Database, authentication, and file storage

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS)

Transactional and marketing email delivery

Google Analytics (Google LLC)

Website usage analytics

5. International data transfers

Firebase, Brevo, and Google Analytics may process your data outside Morocco. These transfers are conducted under standard contractual clauses and applicable data protection safeguards.

6. Data retention

Visitor analytics

Session-based; anonymized aggregates retained indefinitely.

Client submissions

Up to 24 months from submission.

Expert profiles

For the duration of account activity, plus 12 months after deactivation.

You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Cookies

We use a locale preference cookie and, with your consent, analytics cookies from Google Analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

8. Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications

Experts can manage their profile directly from their account.
