1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the SleekSyntax website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This site is operated by FAST IT Solutions SARL, registered in Morocco, trading as SleekSyntax. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to three categories of users:

Visitors

Anyone who browses the site.

Clients

Companies or individuals who submit contact requests or use the estimation tool to source technical talent.

Experts

Technical professionals who submit a profile to join the SleekSyntax network.

Actual staffing engagements are governed by separate service agreements between FAST IT Solutions SARL and the relevant parties. These terms cover website use only.

3. Permitted use

You may use this site to:

• Browse information about SleekSyntax services and the expert network
• Submit staffing requests or contact inquiries
• Generate project estimates using the estimation tool
• Submit and manage an expert profile (network members only)

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to access
• Scrape, copy, or extract site data by automated means
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

4. Project estimates

Estimates generated by the SleekSyntax estimation tool are produced by an AI model based on your inputs. They are indicative only and do not constitute a binding quote, contract, or guarantee of delivery. Actual costs, timelines, and team composition depend on final scope and project-specific factors. A formal proposal requires a separate written agreement.

5. Expert profiles

By submitting a profile to the SleekSyntax network, you:

• Confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date
• Grant FAST IT Solutions SARL a non-exclusive licence to display and share your profile with prospective clients for the purpose of matching
• Agree to maintain professional conduct in all interactions facilitated through the network

Submitting a profile does not guarantee an engagement.

6. Non-circumvention

Clients introduced to an expert through SleekSyntax agree not to engage that expert directly — for freelance, contract, or employment purposes — outside of a service agreement with FAST IT Solutions SARL, for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction. This clause sustains the network that makes the matching possible.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, code, and trademarks — is the property of FAST IT Solutions SARL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, FAST IT Solutions SARL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the estimation tool, or any information provided through the network. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
